Founder & Principal
Ryan Bowler brings nearly 15 years of experience across strategic finance, corporate development, and operating leadership, with a track record of supporting businesses through periods of growth and increasing complexity.
Most recently, Ryan advised founder and family-owned businesses as a sell-side investment banker on M&A transactions involving companies valued between $20 million and $250 million across manufacturing, distribution, and B2B services, before transitioning into a senior leadership role within a founder-owned business.
